Refund Eligibility
- What is your refund policy? 30-day refund guarantee if the product is unopened, unused, and in original condition. Opened products are not eligible unless approved case-by-case.
- How long do I have to request a refund? Must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Requests after 30 days are not eligible.
How to Return

- Who pays for return shipping? Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Use a trackable shipping method.
- When will I get my refund? Refund issued to original payment method after inspection. Allow a few business days to process.
Shipping Issues
- What if my package is delayed, lost, or misdelivered? Synth Wellness can reship your order 7 business days after the original scheduled delivery date, once the carrier confirms the status.
- What causes shipping delays that you’re not responsible for?

- What if I entered the wrong address? Double-check at checkout — Synth Wellness is not responsible for incorrect/incomplete addresses.
- My tracking says delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What now? Contact the carrier (FedEx or USPS) directly. Synth Wellness can assist with claims but is not liable for lost/stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
- How do I report a missing shipment? Contact support@synthwellness.orgwithin 7 days of the listed delivery date to start a claim.
Order Changes
- Can I modify or cancel my order? Yes, within 30 minutes of purchase. After 30 minutes or once shipped, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
